Who We Are:

The Feeling Space is an embodied spiritual care centre in Guelph, ON offering in-person & online psychotherapy, group work & classes. â€‹

What We Do:

We use trauma-centred, holistic, and body-based therapies to help people feel and embody their wholeness.

By creating space to feel the body more deeply, we can gently hear and hold its stories, compassionately reshape our nervous system's survival patterning, and

begin to feel more  s p a c e  inside.

Core Values:

Community, Care & Connection for All

We are gender-, neuro-, & culturally-affirming. In our practice of somatic attachment therapy, we recognize that systemic and cultural conditions have led to disconnection from land, body, spirit & community. It's an honour to help reconnect folks with their wholeness, and we strive to make this work as accessible as is within our means.

connecting with land, body, spirit & community

for personal & collective change

©2025 by The Feeling Space.

The Feeling Space operates (in so-called Guelph, ON) on the Owashtanong (Grand) River Watershed, vital ecological homeland to many more-than-human beings and ecosystems.  This land is the ancestral home of the Chonnonton (Neutral) and Haudenosaunee first peoples, and is part of the Between-the-Lakes purchase (Treaty 3) with the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. We acknowledge that land and bodies are not neutral, and hold the stories of the people who came before us. We seek to honour these stories and repair harm held within them from historical and ongoing impacts of colonization, land theft, and racial injustice that live in our bodies and patterns of relating.
